HOME OWNERS COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS

Homeowners need to be aware we have restrictive covenants that are to be followed by all residents in Stratford Place. A copy of these restrictive covenants should have been given to you at your closing of the purchase of your home. If you failed to receive one or they have gotten lost somewhere you can view these rules on our website or contact our administrator for a copy. We have snail mail/e-mail and face book for your convince to contact us.

Briefly, several complaints have come to the Board of properties out of compliance with the restrictions of the HOA covenants. Some of these include yards maintained to a manner not detracting from the real estate beauty, boats and campers parked on the property and roofing and fencing issues. Please help keep in compliance with our CC&Rs and resolve any issues that may be needed. Our HOA has an architectural committee that will be enforcing any complaints. You will find with this newsletter some information on HOA’s and CC&Rs if you are not familiar with them. Please take time and read the information on HOA’s and CC&Rs.
