STRATFORD PLACE ADDITION
RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS 

This DECLARATION, made this 12th day of July, 1994, by Ronald J. Harder and Janice K. Harder, husband and wife, and Walter Harder and Frieda Harder, husband and wife, hereinafter called Declarant and/or Developer, is as follows:

WHEREAS, the parties constituting the Declarant are the owners of the following described real property, to wit:

Stratford Place Addition, an addition to the City of Newton, Harvey County, Kansas; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of Declarant to establish Restrictive Covenants; and

NOW, THEREFORE, said Restrictive Covenants shall read as follows:

Declarant makes the following declarations as to limitations, restrictions and uses to which the lots as tracts constituting such subdivision may be put, and specifies that such declarations shall constitute covenants to run with all the land, as provided by law, and shall be binding on all parties and all persons claiming under them and for the benefit of, and limitations on all future owners in such subdivisions, this declarations of restrictions being designed for the purpose of keeping the
subdivision desirable, uniform, and suitable in architectural design and use as specified herein
